Hi! I'm Jennifer. I am a 36-year-old Air Force veteran and a graduate student at the University of Georgia. I have been a Lifetime Member at Weight Watchers since April, 2011, and I have been blogging my weight-loss experience semi-regularly since I began in January, 2010. I am currently employed as a receptionist at Weight Watchers, but the opinions expressed in this blog and its related pages are my own.

About not eating after a certain time at night?
I don't eat dinner until 8 or 9 at night. After work I go to the gym or run errands, and then by the time I get home I want to unwind a bit before I even start thinking about preparing dinner. As long as I stay within my points for the day, I still lose weight. Usually lunch is my largest meal, and then my dinner is really light. I'll still have a dessert or lite snack even later than that, if I am up late. Then I eat breakfast first thing when I get up in the morning, or within an hour of getting up. I don't think I ever go more than 6 or 8 hours without eating. I think that helps keep my metabolism up, too.
