Hi! I'm Jennifer. I am a 36-year-old Air Force veteran and a graduate student at the University of Georgia. I have been a Lifetime Member at Weight Watchers since April, 2011, and I have been blogging my weight-loss experience semi-regularly since I began in January, 2010. I am currently employed as a receptionist at Weight Watchers, but the opinions expressed in this blog and its related pages are my own.

Great Weekend, Great Weigh-in: 176.2
I had a great time on the boat for 4th of July. We swam and laid out all day and at night we shot off fireworks and slept over on the boat under the stars. I did like I planned and loaded the cooler up with low-point foods, tons of fruits and veggies, and light beer. I ate grapes and carrots and watermelons until I was stuffed. I stayed on track and even still had enough flex points for Sonic breakfast. I'm also keeping up with my training plan, having lifted on Saturday and run again on Sunday before going out. I went to my new WW meeting and the receptionist was very nice. I was down 1.4 and I'm at my lowest weight so far this year at 176.2 pounds.
