I was up another 0.8 pounds at my weigh-in last night. According to the program, if I am within two pounds of goal and don't gain more than one pound in a week then I am still on track. But it makes me nervous to be up 1.4 pounds in two weeks. My leader said I could adjust my daily target down by one or two points if I want, but the e-tools computer system (that drives the iPhone app I use to keep track) won't let me set it less than 35 points for maintenance. So I'll give it another week and if I gain again I'll dial it back into loss mode. Here's hoping I won't need to.
