I finished my trail run today in 30:24 and I came in first in my division.
I feel really awesome about that. I had a great time during my run and I went super fast the whole time. It was around a beautiful lake that is close to my house that I didn't even know was there. Now that it's getting light, I think I might go there and run some more on my own in the future.

That is so cool! Do you think all the cross training is helping you get faster?
ReplyDeleteJade! I am so proud of you. Love ya, Mommy
ReplyDeleteI definitely think all the lower-body work (squats, deadlifts, etc.) helps because I can feel the strength and power in my leg muscles when I run.
