I weighed in right at 150.0 at my Weight Watchers meeting today. It's what I was expecting but it still blows my mind how stable I've been since I've been on maintenance. I have been within a pound of my goal weight, up or down, for my last four weigh-ins. Maybe the extra six daily points is enough to be truly livable so it makes it possible for me to stick to the plan like glue with no slip-ups. I hope so, because it looks like this is going to be my maintenance number for life. It's almost like the people who designed this plan knew what they were doing.
Hi! I'm Jennifer. I am a 36-year-old Air Force veteran and a graduate student at the University of Georgia. I have been a Lifetime Member at Weight Watchers since April, 2011, and I have been blogging my weight-loss experience semi-regularly since I began in January, 2010. I am currently employed as a receptionist at Weight Watchers, but the opinions expressed in this blog and its related pages are my own.
