Here's a picture that showed up on Bored Panda today, comparing the body scans of a 250 lb woman to a 120 lb woman.

I laughed at the comment that says, "You may have heard the saying that inside a fat person is a skinny person trying to get out," but it is really an eye-opener to see how much of the skeleton and musculature is the same, and it's just all those pounds of fat that really make the difference.
