I got those at Kroger. Klondike has a lower-calorie line called "Slim A Bear" and they have ice cream sandwiches, which Kroger has but I don't care for, and also these tiny little Klondike bars which are so cute, but I couldn't find them the last time I was in Kroger. But what I did find are these ice cream pops that are just vanilla ice cream on a stick and coated with chocolate, so they are like Klondike bars, only with a stick in them.
I would love to paste a link, but that Klondike website is terrible! You can't link directly to any one product. Grr! The funniest part is that the NI on the box says that a serving size is 2 pops and 200 calories! I don't think so!
