Grady and I are in St. Petersburg visiting a friend for the holiday, and we started out this morning with a one-hour run. There's a park with a lake really close to here and there's a one-mile path around it. I ran six laps in just under 60 minutes. The weather is absolutely beautiful.
Yesterday was good. We worked out at Crossfit on our way out of town, and then I just did like I planned and munched on power foods on the road. Mom and I emailed back and forth all day with status updates and support. Now I have tons of weekly and activity points to spend on dinner and drinks tonight.
