Grilling Out

The weather's been so nice and it stays light out so late that last Friday I decided it was past time to fire up the grill.  We picked up some chicken breasts and corn on the cob and had a great evening in with the family.

chicken: 6; three-bean salad: 2; pineapple & cantaloupe: 0; grilled corn & olive oil: 3; ff cottage cheese: 2 -- TOTAL PPV: 13

The chicken breasts were so big I decided I needed to weigh them and not play around with trying to estimate the points on them.  Good thing!  After cooking, each breast was 12 oz, which is three-quarters of a pound and also three servings of chicken.  As always, we need to pay attention to our portion sizes, even on healthy stuff like chicken breast.

We cut them down and took the leftovers for a picnic at Warrior Dash the next day.
